Approval to Production
To ensure the products meet our customer's requirements, good understanding of the production specification is required before we kick-off the whole process. A pre-production sample is produced to our client in advance for approval. In general, our customers should not only have an rough look at the appearance, but would also inspect the fabric quality, pattern and sizing of the garment, fitting, color match and so on. Once the Pre-pro sample is signed back for approval, we will regard it as the standard of our production.
For a re-order of a previous style produced, we suggest clients to submit their approval by email, which is efficient and cost-effective.
Approval may take a few days. As a result, it is important to take the approval time into consideration when estimating the leadtime of the delivery. | |
