Final Audit
You may either come to our office to do a final audit or you may appoint an agent to do it. Before your audit, our QC inspectors have undergone 100% piece by piece inspection covering the problems of measurement, oil stains, holes, knit items and hooked yarn. An assistant is responsible for recording these problems and send the unsatisfactory items back to the corresponding departments for amendments such as re-seam, cleaning, replacement. For non-amendable items, they will be cut into pieces and get rid of. Finally our internal chief QA will follow AQL2.5/4.0 inspection criteria before delivery of goods. | |
