Child Labour
In order to carry out our own social responsibility regulation progressively, we have set up a committee to monitor our factory management's practice and our providers. This committee has absolute right to stop or prevent any party from violating the stated regulations.
We recognize the rights of every child, aged below 16, to be protected from economic exploitation and from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child's education, or to be harmful to the child's health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development.
We never employ child labour and seldom employ young workers in the age group of 16-18 years. We understand that limits for working hours and overtime for this age group should be set with special consideration to the workers' low age. | |
