Factory conditions
For the sake of the workers' well-being, and for the quality of the garments, the factory is kept clean and free from pollution of any kinds.
The temperature in the factory is kept at a comfortable level, as adequate air conditioners, ventilation systems and fans are installed.
The lighting in each workplace is sufficient for the work performed, at all times of day.
Sanitary facilities are adequate and clean. Workers could have access to these facilities without restrictions. Sanitary facilities are available on each floor, and are separated for men and women.
| | Housing conditions
All workers are provided with their own individual bed in the dormitories.
Separate dormitories, toilets and showers are provided for men and women. There is no restriction on the workers' right to leave the dormitory during off hours.
