Cutting department
Our cutting department occupies around 1000 square meters, equipped with five cutting tables, 3 fabric inspection machines, straight knife cloth cutting machine, High speed Stand-up Type Round Knife Machine and fusing machines. To ensure minimum wastage and high productivity, proper set of tools such as CAD and other machines are used in the process. Our workers are required to wear metal gloves while operating the cutting machines. After cutting, all the work pieces are numbered in order to avoid color shading. Improper pieces of fabric are replaced immediately. Full reports of the fabric quality and cutting progresses are required to submit to office weekly.
