Finishing department
Good ironing and packing of clothes would enhance their charmingness and sharpness. Our trim and thread department has more than 30 workers who are skillful in handcraft items. We sometimes attach some beautiful accessories such as flowers and birds to the clothes in the packing stage. In the finishing section, we have eyelet buttonhole sewing machines, straight buttonhole sewing machines, button attaching machines and bar-tacking machines with eye-protection glasses installed. Pressing section is deployed along the window side. Next to this section, we have professional second level QC inspectors to undergo 100% piece by piece inspection covering the problems of measurement, oil stains, holes, knit items and hooked yarn. An assistant is responsible for recording these problems and send the unsatisfactory items back to the corresponding departments for amendments such as re-seam, cleaning, replacement. For non-amendable items, they will be cut into pieces and get rid of. Finally our internal chief QA will follow AQL2.5/4.0 inspection criteria before delivery of goods. | |
