Inventory management
All materials delivered to the factory have to undergone in-coming inspection procedures. Their qualities are reported on the ERP system. If the quantity of defect items exceeds the acceptance level, we will request our suppliers to make replacement. Reports on their quality performance will be generated yearly to evaluate the suppliers' qualifications and accountability. With our data inventory management system, all the figures and material status could be retrieved precisely and instantly as we constantly update and record every movement of each item systemically. When a specific item's inventory is below the re-order level, our warehouse administrator will be alerted and re-order the insufficient items accordingly. | |
